Penny, and general. Here's an idea. Download from cnet a program that attaches an atomic clock to your system time.
I also had to switch my options from receiving LIFO to FIFO, because they were coming in backwards..... so I read the oldest message first.
Hope this helps?
Dee:)

They are out of order in my computer too (but have been for ages).

Yikes! Is this because I'm the list owner? Since things appear in my
inbox with clearly incorrect times, I've wondered if there was something
wrong with my computer. It hadn't bothered me enough to really explore
the problem much though. My computer clock is more or less correct (it
gains or loses time sometimes but is generally within 10 minutes of
being correct). Is there some setting I should check on my computer?
I'd hate to think I'm inadvertently causing problems for the entire
group.
I'll be in the chatroom later this afternoon, so maybe someone can tell
me then. Nick, as far as I know the chat is still 8:00 BST (which makes
it 3:00 EST, 2:00 CST, 1:00 MST and 12:00 (noon) on the West coast). I
will try to first log on to the egroups chat & see if there's anything
going on there. If not, I'll head over to Yahoo.
Penny
