If it's like Muggle soccer football World Cup and Muggle
Olympics, there are rules about the players being citizens or
nationals or some such of the country they represent: NOT
residents, as many of them play pro in other, richer, countries
during the regular season.
But all a country needs to sweep Quidditch is SEVEN fabulous players
on seven fabulous brooms. Luxembourg's wealth can help with the
brooms (that's always my problems with the idea of Quidditch),
but the players might just be siblings from ONE FAMILY, just
the Marsalis family in jazz.
