Technical question: Daemon messages

Well, I've just received a similar message, and I can't for the life 
of me work out what it means.  It seems to be describing the 
complicated route my message took from writing it on this website to 
getting posted here.  It doesn't ask me to do anything, so perhaps 
it's a new problem with the egroups system.  I've used egroups for a 
while, and this is the first time I've received a message like this.  
Is everyone getting them?
