Very interesting.  I note that they say it was spotted by their editorial
team, not by the author.  And no, speaking from personal experience, it
doesn't surprise me a bit.  My copyeditor did spot some doozies that I'd
missed during all my rewrites.

I haven't spotted any really egregious errors in my two books as
published(I've been lucky) but I think I have the temperament that would
make me likely to bang my head against the wall a lot if an error snuck in
and I'd failed to catch it.  Hope Jo is more self-forgiving.

It's all the more embarrassing since there were MILLIONS of copies of the
book with the error, not just a measly few thousand.
