Or maybe it was just an unflattering picture of Bill, which 
presumably even professional wizard photographers must take now and 
again.

BTW, the concept of wizard photography is interesting - did the 
Wizards develop the art of photography simultaneously with Muggles, 
did they "plagarize" it from them, or did they develop photography on 
their own at some earlier date?
