I too live in a mixed marriage - my two children are both fans, and 
even the dog will listen attentively!

However, I think it is about to change.  We have four tickets (so 
we're not taking the dog) for JKR's charity reading in Glasgow on 
Saturday - he will surely reach for Book 1 on our return home!
