I read this article too today, and I thought, "yea, we know already!"...I 
thought it was already mentioned months ago that the new book wouldn't be 
ready until November, perhaps co-inciding with the movie.  Didn't it come out 
a few weeks ago that JKR was finally getting some time to actually sit down 
and *write* the book?
