Which reminds me, Simon. If you are in a civilzed area with civilized stores,
unlike most in San Antonio, and can get the jars of chestnuts already out of
their shells, I have an absolutely killer recipe for chestnut stuffing. If you
have to shell the chestnuts themselves, it takes a bit of time, but still worth
it. I got the recipe from a Polish cookbook, and have made it a couple of times,
and it tastes wonderful. Email if you're interested.
