No... the agreement between myself and Warner Brothers is that the 
domain would be transfered to them, and while that is happening, the 
DNS entries would point to their domain.

Yes... that would be good.   It would be also useful if there was a 
ruleing in a court regarding when a site is a site.  I.e.  Does a 
site need to have a domain name?

Without going in to details... I have been in touch with the lawyers 
concerning the Field case, and there are always two sides to every 
story.   

A question for you to ponder

If a website does not have a domain name... does it exist?   Does a 
website only need an IP address to exist - or does it also need a 
domain name?
