They change 'mum' to 'mom'. NOOOOOOOO!
This one of only two Americanisations that annoys me (the other being math
for mathematics or maths).
I can read color instead or colour and not bat an eyelid (or any other
similar word spelling change).

Oh well will have to ignore the American editions then!


Have just noticed that the train line is flooded out on part of my journey
home. Oh dear - will just have to go and see how far I can get. Hopefully
they have put on a bus service instead.

If I do get home then I will not be around to post for a while, so...
