1. Gringotts has to be very very seriously enchanted to protect it from theft. Obviously
mere locks and safes wouldn't be enough of a protection against wizards.
2. I don't think Accio makes objects "beam" (in the star trek use) over to you. It makes
the objects *fly* to you. So, a physical barrier should stop the object getting to you
(wouldn't it?).
