At least not that we saw.  She might have kissed Ron privately or had a private
word with him about meeting during the summer when Harry went off in another
direction.  Wasn't Hermione already at Ron's house at the beginning of GoF?
They can correspond with each other during the summer more easily than Harry can
correspond with either of them (because of the restrictions imposed by the
Dursleys).
