My assumptions on this were from Book 3, when they talked about Not having 
won the Quidditch Cup in 8 years, since Charlie was captain...That would 
make Charlie about 21-22 at the time of that book bc i am assuming that they 
were talking the last time they won was his 7th year...And i always just got 
the feeling that Bill wasn't that much up on him.  I dont have my books 
either(part of the sorrow of spreading HP to the world<g>) so i could be 
wrong about this.....
