I had the impression during SS that Hogwarts only took Qualified Wizards.
Remeber how Neville was so relieved that he was excepted? Or how Hagrid
said its the best wizarding school in the country, names been down since he
was born? I bet there are many other, less prestigus acadamys of wizadry.
