I also wouldn't be surprised, his silvery eyes, as Luna's, always make me 
think there's something there of the kind of things that no one comments 
because, given a magic upbringing, you already know them, and Harry 
blissfully ignores. I even admit vampires and him being as old as his shop.

I checked 'Other' for a not exactly minor character, also, but this character 
has had his fate already sealed. I think there's more history behind Barty 
Crouch Jr than we already know.

IMO he is aproximately the needed age to be related to either the group of 
Slytherins that I'm seeking or to Bill Weasley himself, that could include 
Regulus Black (his head would have been a nice entrance ticket to the DE for 
Bill). Of course, refer to Erin's Evil!Bill theory for this. I'm looking for 
the one that told '...maybe Bill' about the Chamber of Secrets.
