I think this is a reference to Dame Fiona Caldicott, who is quite prominent
among the powers that be at the British Medical Assocation.  I gather she is
based at Oxford and has presumably said something McGonagall-like about
student drinking and wild behaviour.  Do students drink a lot?  Do doctors
drink a lot?  Strangely enough, they do...
