HP Halloween

I went to the Ann Arbor Halloween Concert.  Everyone in the audience 
and the orchestra wears a costume.  I had expected to see alot of 
wizards and witches, but one costume in partiuclar was very creative. 
A little girl was wearing a torn up white sheet and her face was 
painted white.  Around her neck was an old toilet seat.  She was 
Moaning Myrtle!  This old man came up to her and was like "What are 
you supposed to be?  I thought it was very creative and unique 
costume.
