The main opening theme song for Charmed is indeed that Smiths classic "How
Soon Is Now?".  However, it's not the original.  It's a cover, but I don't
know who by.

As for what Smiths song could be the HP theme...  Panic? (referring to
Voldemort)

Referring to Hermione getting petrified in CoS, how about Girlfriend in a
Coma?
