Surely she knows this law? That's weird.

Well, it doesn't look that confusing to me, but maybe they could have made the
arrows bigger or something. Why didn't anyone say anything to the election
judges at the polling place? Or say anything during the election, instead of
after? Or did they, and we're not hearing about it?

Good question. I don't think you can let some of the population recast their
votes, without letting everyone. Urgh.
