I also really like this idea--I think it would be an excellent way for 
Ron to have the chance to be "special" too, rather than always tagging 
along after Harry and Hermione and being the "straight man" or 
"regular guy sidekick" for both of them. And it would be VERY 
funny--the class that Ron always made fun of and blew off he 
unwittingly excelled at!
