Errmmm.  Harry gets it twice in the class when it was introduced, but 
didn't it say a few days later that Moody/Crouch told them that 
Dumbledore wanted them all to undergo it for practice, and there
imply that it was done over and over?  I can't look it up because my 
GoF is in my work cubicle mate's possession, as I seduce her to the 
Harry Potter side of the force.....
