This was book was mentioned a couple of weeks ago here. It's 
published by Scholastic (who won't sell it to you no matter how much 
you beg and plead) and it's in auction sites like EBay (I saw one 
sold for over $ 10. 00!). 

Anyhow, I recently found this web site 
http://www.thelatestcrazestore.com . It carries the aforementioned 
book plus posters, mugs, etc. The book costs $6. 95.
