True. Doesn't stop pedants like me from wondering though especially when
bored. Just as I am now comparing the Revised Code of 1862 with the
Education Act of 1988.

I wonder if JKR knows, she's supposed  to have boxes full of notes. Its the
kind of detail that fascinates me.
