Re-read the thread.  :0) There are layers of discourse within any 
given conversation:  what is said, what is implied, and what is 
actually communicated to another person.  

BTW, we're continuing the tangent via private e-mail, since some of 
the dialogue was getting a bit off topic.  I did my part to 
contribute to this, so...
