Peter Davison just looks too ... nice. I always picture Lucius as 
having a perpetual disdainful look on his face.

McCoy as Fudge -- yeah, that would work. 

Tony Slattery -- yeah, but as who? Maybe Quirrel? Tho' he'd also make 
a fun Peeves, with the correct SFX.
