I see Philip Bretherton as Lockhart more than James, but since he's 
not in Book 1, casting him is a bit premature.  As is casting Lucius 
Malfoy since we don't meet him until CoS. But to toss in my 2 knuts I 
think Julian Sand would be a great Daddy Malfoy.
