Well it really doesn't sound all that hard and fast, but I
do think that more than one dose is required.  When Harry
Sees Snape give Lupin his potion, Lupin responds that he
should probably take some later on (did he say tomorrow
or just later?).  Either way it did not sound like he *had*
to have some everyday, just that taking it a few times in 
the week prior was required.  Does this make any sense?

I think that with the Wolfsbane potion probably being a
relatively recent invention, it may be that there is no
hard and fast dosage known.  :o)
