I wrote a really long response to this explaining how, as a matter of 
copyright & trademark law, especially under the recent Ralph Nader v. 
Mastercard decision in the US, this is a parody and thus protected by 
first amendment law, but my computer seems to have refused to send it 
properly, and I don't want to write the whole thing again and I am 
sure most of you would've found it boring, so I'll just say that 
since it's protected by parody, no permission was needed. 

Whew. long sentence. And if this is the summary, you can guess how 
long the original post was!
