Olivander knows Tom Riddle is Voldemort. Presumably he
sold TR his wand (the same wand that is the brother to
Harry's wand) when he was 11 and starting to attend
Hogwarts.

"It is very curious indeed that you should be destined

He must know then that TR and V are one and the same.
