I'm basing this on how US pharmacists do the measures.

30 milliliters (mL) = 1 fl. oz
15 milliliters (mL) = 1 tablespoon
5 milliliters (mL) = 1 teaspoon

So, 15 fl. oz = 450 milliliters (mL)

Also, the UK pint-measure is(was?) 20 fl. oz. The US pint-measure is
16 oz.

So, 15 fl. oz is 3/4 of a UK pint.
