It's in the Lexicon, but it's called the International CONfederation
of Wizards and it's not on the Ministry of Magic page (although it
should be, pehaps...hmmm, work to do...) It's on the timeline, since
the latest meeting was the summer of 1994, just before the World
Quidditch Cup. Dumbledore attended and was ridiculed by Rita Skeeter
for some of his points of view. We are told nothing else about this
body, what it does, how often it meets, if it's a UN style group, if
it's an official governmental body, or if it's an independent
organization of the top wizards in the world. (That last is what I
think most likely, which is why I didn't put it in with the
Ministry).
