well, my favorite would be for JKR to write about the four Marauders
and their time at Hogwarts...

then there's Dumbledore's affiliation with Nicholas Flamel, his
defeat of the dark wizard G..

and what about a story of the young Albus Dumbledore and the Hogwarts
of his day...

also, the story of Molly and Arthur Weasley's love affair....
