Just because being a mother is the one thing women can do that men can't,
doesn't mean it's the only thing women should want to do. Women do most of
the world's labour but own virtually none of the world's property. I don't
think we're overreacting.
Even if more central female characters in Harry Potter only makes a small
difference to the world, it will be enough for me.
