I think it's best that questions aren't repeated, at least at B&N, since JKR
is apparently choosing which ones to answer, and she might be better
disposed towards us if we don't repeat questions? In any case, there are
going to be some questions which other fans will be asking...

If I come up with any additions, I'll suggest them...
