Bear in mind that the foetus is still part of the mother's body. It really
doesn't have much of a separate identity, at least not in the early stages
of pregnancy. I think the spell to Apparate or Transform must work on the
whole body, and change/move the foetus with it. Although there's probably
medical warnings against heavily pregnant witches doing it.
