[HPforGrownups] Dumbledore - translations

Reading this reminds me that in SS/PS when Harry is in
the room with the Mirror of Erised and Dumbledore
says, "I don't need a cloak to become invisible." 

This leads me to believe that Dumbledore can make
himself invisible at will, much the same way that
Animagi can turn themselves in to animals at will. I
wonder if it is something that some wizzards/witches
choose to learn, the way some decided to become
Animagi.

Any thoughts?
