I'll join this site!  I also requested a catalogue about a month ago,
and it has yet to show up.  And, I have quite alot of complaints about
the merchandise -- namely with the artist(s) who are depicting the
characters.  And, of course, I have similar complaints to Nick as to how
they are marketing & distributing the merchandise.  I have similar
complaints about Hallmark in this regard though.  My Hallmark finally
got their stuff in, and she did tell me that Dept 56 has sold out of all
the Secret Boxes, which *are* a limited edition.  Whatever is in the
stores or makes it to the stores soon is all there is.
