Impossible, there is not a on person on the face of the earth that 
has no living relatives. Think about it, everybody has 2 parents, 4 
grandparents 8 great grandparents, 16 great great grandparents and 
most of them had more than one child. Go back 6 or 7 generations and 
everybody is related to everybody. It's very simple, I'm just 
suggesting that Hermione's father's sister's daughter's son is 
Harry.
