I second everything penny said about jenna - and would love to talk 
to her about what the Stouffer camp said to her...

I think that if WB is going after fan sites, that's a very short 
sighted move - BUT if they are ONLY going after people who are 
selling "fake" HP merchandise like a clock I saw on Ebay once, or 
other things which are being marketed as official HParaphenalia, I'd 
have to agree with them. And given the law on trademarks & domain 
names, if they don't make an effort to obtain any domain names 
containing "harry potter" then they are putting their trademark 
rights at risk - as long as they don't go after the fan sites 
themselves (i.e. the content)
