Ebony, thanks for the great list!  This will come in very handy.

I'll tell you why I want it...I'm planning to later write a shortish
humorous installment in my series in which Laura Chant finds herself in a
parallel universe that's entirely rules by fanfiction cliches, and she's
very confused.  :-)
