Well, Ron's dead in this scenario so it wouldn't matter, but what I in fact
am doing is putting in a bit character named Joe McCarthy and Harry makes a
comment about it.  I just wanted to know if it were at all plausible that a
26 year old British citizen would have heard of Joseph McCarthy.
