Where has Harry Potter Changed my life?

A week or two ago someone gave a link to a CNN story on a "How has 
Harry Potter changed my Life?" contest.  It was for those under 18 so 
I fully planned to enter.  

BUT- I cannot find the info on how to to enter, where to send my 
entry or, for that matter, any information at all.

Does anybody have any info on this contest because I would hate to 
miss the deadlie!!!
