Yes...in CoS, after they've brought back Ginny, he tells Harry and Ron that
he took back what he said earlier about being forced to expel them if they
flaunted the rules the way they did when they flew the car into the Willow
at the beginning of the year. Or something like that. Sorry, don't have the
books with me at the moment.
