Yes, either someone is monitoring websites, or JKR has some 
assistants reading her fan mail.  Some physical descriptions of 
characters was something else fans were asking for.  I'm very hopeful 
that your last paragraph is what the case will be.  Or, at least if 
she will answer our questions in ~some~ way.
