Dumbly's title...

I thought this was interesting (to me at least).  Anywho, this is the 
title given for Dumbledore 's title on Harry's Hogwarts school letter 
in PS/SS....

Headmaster: ALBUS DUMBLEDORE
(Order of Merlin, First class, Grand Sorc., Chf. Warlock, Supreme 
Mugwump, International Confed. of Wizwards)

...Hmmm, most these are pretty self- expalatory except for 
Mugwump...Any Ideas what this could be?
