There are quite a few -- I'm going to the genealogy library this morning
& can copy them out of a reference book there if you want.  Cornwall,
Devon, Somersetshire, Essex, Nottingham, -- these I know off the top of
my head.  I'm happy to copy them down & email them later today unless
some Brit can name them off the top of his/her head before I leave.  <g>
