  yes I think he has (at least I hope he has) I wonder if it is similar to PP/Wormtail. Remember how Dumbledore tells HP that he has sent Voldemort a deuputy that is in Harry's debt? (POA) AND how the spell for re-emboiment was Voldemort's on invention (duuno the ref, think that there is two ref's one in the first chapter and one later on) - if it hasn't been done before Maybe Voldemort's made some error (I hope so)
