Well he calls him 'Voldemort' when talking to Harry beside the 
penseive in GoF but then Harry doesn't have the inhibition that the 
rest of the wizarding world do about the name.  Maybe he is trying to 
get people used to using/hearing the name and Lord Voldemort will be 
easier to swallow as a first step than plain old Voldemort ?
