Like another person who posted, I'm inclined to think Lee is of 
African or West-Indian descent, and therefore darkskinned.  I don't 
recall seeing an instance so far (I'm only on my first reread of book 
2, having finished book 1 twice) that indicates what color Lee's hair 
is. 

I know Angelina's black.  JKR actually comes right out and says that.

who has dreadlocks, is black, but has *brown* hair...going to grey.
