I was surprised to see Snape at the leaving feast--I thought, "He's 
back already?!"  Whatever mission he went out on that night, he came 
back from alive (unless V killed him and sent someone back as 
Polyjuiced Severus).  But I don't imagine his task is anywhere close 
to over . . . there are three books to go, a fact for which I thank 
heaven.  (What will we do when the last one is finished?)
